Roots Bloody Roots Sweatshirt: Ideals are peaceful - History is violent... So too is the history of the Royal Marines Commandos.

With their Commando heritage dating back to the darkest days of WW2, symbolised in this design with the Fairbairn Sykes fighting knife; there is also a subtle nod to earlier WW1 history of the Royal Marines in the form of "Vindictive", which is enscribed on the knife.

HMS Vindictive was the Royal Naval ship used by a battalion of Royal Marines to conduct the Zeebrugge Raid, on the 23rd of April 1918.

    85% Organic Ring Spun Combed cotton, 15% Polyester - Recycled, Fabric washed, Light sueded, 350 g/m². Fitted:

    • Raglan sleeve
    • 1x1 rib at neck collar, sleeve hem and bottom hem
    • Inside herringbone back neck tape
    • Self fabric half moon at back neck
    • Single needle topstitch at neck collar
    • Sleeve hem and bottom hem with twin needle topstitch

    Wash inside-out on a low heat with like colours. Do not tumble dry.
