For orders within the United Kingdom we use following delivery services: Royal Mail 1st Class £4.99 1-2 working days Royal Mail 2nd Class £2.99 2-3 working days For International orders: International Tracked & Signed £9.99 (3-5 working days Europe) (6-7 working days worldwide) International Standard £5.99 (3-5 working days Europe) (6-7 working days worldwide) • Working days are Monday to Saturday (Exc. Bank Holidays) • Orders Dispatched Monday to Friday. • Order Before 1000hrs for same day dispatch.
We operate on a 30-day refund/replace policy. So if your aren’t happy with the fit or the colour; or the item is defected in any way we will be more than happy to exchange or refund your purchase as long as the item has not been washed and still in a condition to re-sell (this excludes defected items).

We will not charge you anything for the return however you will be responsible for getting the item back to. Items will only be exchanged or refunded when we have received the unwanted item in its original condition.
The process is simple:
If you feel the need for a refund or exchange email email@example.com State your order number and reason for refund/ exchange. After you have received confirmation from our support line send back the item and details of the order in a clearly marked package to this address we provide. As soon as we receive the item we will send you email confirmation of receipt and refund or send out the exchange. Essentially we want you to have a positive experience with us, so any issues please feel free to get in touch via the support email and we will do whatever we can to help.
